Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer. For returns in the UK., there will be a 2.00 charge to reship the item to the customer. For returns outside of the UK., shipping will vary accordingly to the specific location. If break the labels improperly ships an item, break the labels will cover all shipping and handling costs. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. * After this proceed to check out or select "Continue Shopping".
* You may also begin the checkout process by clicking on the Shopping Cart image in the upper right corner of the site. From there you will go through three more steps: Shipping & Billing, Order Review, and Confirmation. You will then receive a confirmation email.
Yes, for your protection, break the labels does not keep your credit card information. Everything goes with paypal, that doesn't mean you need to have a paypal account, you can just pay with your credit or debit card.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately following your order. It will take us 1-2 business days to process your order.
You can expect orders within the UK to be delivered within 4/6 business days from the date you have ordered it, and International orders may take from 5 to 9 working days to be delivered depending on country and customs, bummer we love international sales.

You may only make changes to your order if your request is received by us before your order is processed. We use two types of t-shrits. One are the neon t-shirts, that are extremely light and soft. Glow under UV lights, ma favourite, very comftable, look great at night.
The other type is the 100% Combed Cotton Jersey 165 G/4.95 OZ, very good quality cotton t-shirt. Not too heavy weight and not too soft, just perfect.
Our shirts are slim-fit, and are a perfect accessory. Here is how to best measure your tee shirt size. Go grab your favorite tee, the one that fits the best. Try it on in front of a mirror and inspect the fit (mainly the chest areas) and confirm. Now lay it flat on your bed or kitchen table and disregard the size specified on the tag. Measure from armpit seam to armpit seam, this will give you your chest size. What did you get, 18 inches, 22? Now review the size chart provided and logically adjust your chest measurement to the closest coordinating size. Please be advised that Rhetoric t-shirts are slim fit and you may want to round up if you are conflicted on sizing.

What's your return Policy like?
Our return policy is in one word Comprehensive. We want you to be happy with your order, so break the labels will give a refund or exchange on all non-sale items returned within 30 days of sale. This means if you order the wrong size, or just plain don't like the shirt, send it back with 2pounds and note that say what size or color you want to change it for and we'll take care of it for you! This way you can be completely confident in your shopping experience with us.

Returns and exchanges take 3-5 business days to process once they are received at our warehouse. If you would like to call or email us to see if your package was received yet, you are welcome to do so. Typically we call you when your return package is ready to go out to verify your personal information.
